Despite the great location with easy access to restaurants and shops, my stay at the hotel was marred by noisy rooms located above a bustling bar that played music all night. The room had a strong smell of damp and mildew, making it difficult to breathe. On the bright side, the service was very nice and helpful, providing assistance without hesitation.

The hotel offers lovely, well-decorated rooms with a beautiful, spacious balcony; however, the service is not as helpful as expected. The location is superb, right in the heart of the city, though noise can be a factor. The dining options are varied and satisfactory, especially the focaccia bread. Overall, a great experience on 5th Avenue with some room for improvement in service.
